The most influential women in AI: Celebrating International Women’s Day

Today (Saturday 8th March) we celebrate International Women’s Day and this year’s theme is Accelerate Action which emphasizes the importance of taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality.

At Quin AI, we are proud to be a women-led AI company that is transforming how businesses personalize digital experiences.

Founded by sisters Gulsah, our CEO, and Gonca, our CTO, our platform uses real-time generative behavioral AI to predict visitor behavior and deliver personalized content, increasing engagement and conversion rates for enterprises.

In line with this year’s theme of Accelerate Action, we are committing to making a tangible difference for International Women's Day and are taking action to support women-led initiatives and recognize the contributions of women in AI.

To support women's charities, we are offering Quin AI free for an entire year to help increase donations for organizations that champion women’s rights and causes. We have already begun conversations with multiple charities and will be sharing new updates as we sign each one.

Additionally, our GTM Lead, Tom, will be running the Brighton Marathon for Breast Cancer Now, with the goal of raising £1,000 for this vital cause. If you would like to support this effort, you can donate through his Just Giving link.

Why more women in AI matters

Despite the incredible contributions of these women, there is still a long way to go in achieving gender equality in AI. According to the UN’s Global Gender Gap Report 2023, only 30 percent of people working in AI are women. The disparity is even more pronounced in leadership, with Interface reporting that women occupy less than 14 percent of senior executive roles in AI.
